Privacy notice

This website is a concept preview of a new website for Alera Group, prepared by an independent website builder. It is not affiliated with Alera Group and it is not Alera Group’s website.

This notice describes how the preview itself handles information. It is not Alera Group’s privacy policy.

If you send the contact form, the preview collects what you enter: your name, email address and message, and any optional details you add (business name, state, area of interest and the kind of visitor you are).

The preview has no accounts and no sign-in, and it collects nothing else on purpose.

Your message is emailed to the website builder’s inbox so the builder can reply. It is not stored in a database on this site, and it is not sent to Alera Group.

The office search on the home page runs in your browser. What you type there is not sent anywhere.

Cloudflare hosts the preview and delivers its pages, and processes request data such as IP addresses to do so. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form submission comes from a person; it receives a check token and your IP address for that purpose. Cloudflare’s email service delivers the message.

The preview sets no tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set essential security cookies. There are no analytics, advertising or social media trackers, and fonts and images are served from the preview itself.

If you dismiss the language suggestion or choose a language, your browser remembers that choice in its own storage. It is not sent to anyone.

The preview asks search engines not to index it. Links to other sites, such as the Alera Group careers site and social profiles, leave this preview; those sites have their own policies.

Messages are kept as email in the builder’s inbox for as long as needed to reply. To ask about a message you sent, or to have it deleted, send a note through the same contact form.
